What We Do

DUI Education

4 2 Restore LLC is a Behavioral Health Program which offers Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services and Substance Use Disorder Program (SUD) comprised of Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient Program (OP) services, DWI/DUI Education, and Crisis Management.  4 2 Restore LLC allows individuals to improve and restore independent living and social skills necessary to support their recovery, ability to make informed decisions and participation within community living. Our services include identifying opportunities for socialization, education, and employment, while maximizing skills to function successfully in society.
