Our service matrix includes rehabilitation, assistance toward achieving healthy coping mechanisms and support services structured to facilitate development, improvement or restoration of skills such as: Self-care Skills, Social Skills, Independent Living Skills, Activities supporting the clients cultural interests, Crisis Resolution, Anger Management, Maintaining Personal living space, and more.

What is Mental Health?

Mental health, defined by the World Health Organization, is “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community".

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, PRP, works to assist individuals living with mental illness to reach a higher level of independence. We provide personalized rehabilitation services to our participants dealing with either an intellectual & developmental diagnosis. Our office currently provides services in Baltimore County.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is treatment program used to address addictions, depression, eating disorders, or other dependencies that do not require detoxification or round-the-clock supervision. They enable patients to continue with their normal, day-to-day lives in a way that residential treatment programs do not.


Outpatient Treatment Program (OP) is an addiction counseling service that does not require individuals to enter a residential program. The person seeking treatment can live their day-to-day lives while making time for their treatment. While in outpatient treatment, individuals can continue living at home, or reside in a sober house

Our Objective

Our Behavioral Health Program's objective is to assist individuals with achieving the highest level of normalcy through teaching independent competence.

Our support services encompass, but are not limited to Health promotion and training, individual wellness promotion, and Illness self- management. On-call emergency response is available through the partnering with other facilities if the client is hospitalized or detained.
